Goldlub 55 is a lubricant system specially developed for rigid PVC application like PVC pipes. Lubricating performance is greatly enhanced by replacing Stearic Acid, H.C. Wax and other lubricating waxes by Goldlub 55.

 
     
 
One of most common problems encountered by processors while using lubricants (like H.C. Wax) is that these are low melting products and are known to have a considerable oil content. Further, the rigid products have a tendency to have a higher and a variable specific gravity.
 
     
 

Goldlub 55 is a high melting lubrication system having a melting point in the range of 90-95'C which is constant in this range and has negligible oil content. The rigid products using this lubrication system have shown to have a lower constant specific gravity resulting in huge cost reduction. Goldlub 55 does not affect physical properties such as impact and tensile strength . It also helps in reducing dusting problems, time, labour, spillage etc.
