Kalpataru Organics has set up state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities at two locations in Tarapur, Maharashtra . It is about 100 km from Mumbai and JNPT (the main port of India ) making it logistically convenient and economical for our international operations.

Our manufacturing processes are based on Lean Manufacturing concepts and hence have the capability to deliver fast and in a cost effective manner. The processes are robust and can produce consistent products batch after batch.

One unit is specifically dedicated for non-toxic, heavy metal free products where we manufacture Calcium Zinc based stabilizers for Cables, pipes, profiles, medical and toy applications. The other unit produces lead, barium, cadmium based stabilizers for a wide range of applications.
