For over 26 years, Goldstab has worked closely with its customers, understanding their requirements and developing sustainable products and processes for them.
It all began as an audacious idea in the minds of two friends, Sandeep Shah and Rajeev Mehendale, who were running their own small independent businesses. They together dreamt of building a world class organization in the space of speciality chemicals serving the polymer industry. At a young age, when the jargon of mergers and acquisitions was completely unknown to them, these 2 entrepreneurs merged their businesses to form a company which was then known as Kalpataru Organics Pvt. Ltd. (later named as Goldstab Organics Pvt. Ltd).

| 2019 | Commissioned state-of-the-art plant for manufacturing Calcium Zinc Stabilizers with capacity of 1000 MT per month |

| 2017 | Received prestigious certification for R&D Centre from DSIR (Department of Scientific and Industrial Research, Ministry Science and Technology, Govt. Of India) |
| 2017 | Capacity expansion of One Packs to 1500 MT and Liquid Stabilizers to 250 MT per month |
| 2016 | Formation of Goldstab Social Welfare Foundation (GSWF) |
| 2016 | Awarded 1 Star Export House Status from Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Govt. of India |

| 2015 | Started production of Calcium Zinc Stabilizers |
| 2014 | Commissioned fully automatic plant of Litharge with a capacity of 800 MT per month |
| 2014 | Commissioned a world class plant for PVC Stabilizers and Stearates in GIDC Sarigam, Gujarat. |
| 2009 | Moved Head Office to self owned new location at Vile Parle, Mumbai |
| 2009 | Commissioned third unit in Tarapur in 2009. Expanded capacity of Lead Single Stabilizers and One Packs |
| 2006 | Commissioned second unit in MIDC Tarapur . Started production of Liquid Stabilizers and Epoxy Soyabean Oil |
