Mr. Sandeep Shah
Director
Sandeep Shah is business leader & founder Director at Goldstab, with more than 30 years of experience in performance chemical industry. In his present role, Sandeep leads a team dedicated to continuous growth in domestic as well as international markets. His holistic approach to serving clients, and his expert grasp of the industry and deep domain expertise along with financial acumen, have helped him lead large, successful engagements over the years. Sandeep earned a degree in Chemistry from the University of Mumbai and a Master’s degree in Business management from NMIMS, where he majored in finance and marketing.
Mr. Rajeev Mehendale
Director
Rajeev Mehendale has been in leadership roles of increasing responsibility at Goldstab since inception and is often credited for setting up a forward-looking organization with an ultramodern research facility. His career spans more than 30 years across innovation strategy, inventive product development, and marketing. His profound understanding of customer requirements and uncanny ability to churn out unique solutions has been an instrumental force in growing beyond borders. He regularly writes and speaks on such topics as disruption, new opportunities, continuous skill development, and the significance of building a more inclusive corporate culture. He is also an outdoor recreation enthusiast and an avid long-distance runner. Rajeev earned a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pune.
