You will be in front of the company and will have the dedication to create a designated geographical sales strategy that is in tune with the overall Organization’s strategy and apply it effectively. You will be responsible for achieving the targets set for Sales in your field of play. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients and associated partners such as Agents or Distributors.


  • Develop growth strategy in designated geography focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain and enhance existing customer business by providing insights into customer’s business requirements and their future strategy to Sales Management Team
  • Conduct research to identify new customers and their needs
  • Identify potential partners such as Agents, Distributors in the designated geography
  • Arrange a business meeting with existing customers and prospective clients
  • Promote the company’s products addressing or predicting client’s objectives
  • Prepare customer based annual/quarterly contracts based on the volume of customer’s requirements
  • Provide realistic forecast by customer, by geography and by product in line with Company’s objectives
  • Keep records of sales volumes by the customer, by geography including the receivable status
  • Provide Sales related reports and feedbacks timely as per the company’s requirements
  • Provide market and customer feedback and after-sales support
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and new customers
  • Develop entry-level sales staff into valuable sales personnel
  • Keep abreast with the market trends generally and PVC industry in particular with regards to developments, technology, regulations in the designated geography

Essential Requirements

  • Proven relevant working experience of 5 to 7 years in sales of PVC additives
  • Proven sales track record with at least 2 years of achieving sales higher than the set targets
  • Good understanding of PVC Market
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM
  • Proficiency in English, Hindi and at least one regional language
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport at various levels in customer’s organization as well as in the Company
  • Efficient Time Management and Planning Skills
  • BE / B Tech in Plastics / Chemical from a reputed institute

Desirable Requirements

  1. Experience in sales of Stabilizers and Stearates or Master Batch will be a definite advantage
  2. Ability to take independent trials, resolve simple customer’s technical issues
  3. Experience in customer liaising and resolution of any service-related issues
  4. Exposure to the designated geographies – ASEAN, South Asia, Middle East, Africa, CIS, Russia and pan-India
  5. Marketing or Management post-graduation is highly desirable
  6. Experience in branding activities, customer presentations and conducting presentations in seminars
